-I started working out, strength training helped me immensely to become stronger and at the same time burn a lot of calories.
-I started going for walk with my music on and that helped me calm myself and de stress myself.
-I started mindful eating which involved a complete stop to junk food and a track of what I eat, what it contains and how it will affect my health and mental wellbeing.
Within a year I started seeing my periods coming almost after 40-45days, I did sonography to confirm my pcod result and no cystic ovaries were found.
That day changed everything for me and believe me we are the masters of our life, if we want something we can achieve it, it’s just the long way ahead that scares us, but if u just start, do your bit, focus only on your next step, u will see a lot of small changes or progress that u will make and that will encourage and motivate u more.
A little bit of patience, self-love and the desire to change myself had worked a long way for me to get me where I am today!
